I'm worried that the company I work for may go bankrupt. To complicate matters...?

I am in the process of going part-time soon. I will be working part-time at my current job and part-time at another job. So, if I go part-time and then the company goes bankrupt, can I collect unemployment on a part-time job? I ask because my husband and I want to start a family soon and want to be sure we are financially solid. Thanks!
