I'm a teacher. I'd like information on becoming a corporate trainer.?

I'm ready to transition from education to the business world as a corporate trainer. Anyone know of any way to break into this area of employment? Websites would be appreciated. Also, basic pay scale information would help. I am willing to relocate.
