I'm considering getting a degree in nursing... what are some pros and cons of a career as a nurse?

I am considering going back to school to get a degree in nursing. I already have a bachelors in Health Science and 4+ years experience working in a hospital setting (admin type posistions). I would appreciate some input on the pros and cons of nursing from anyone with experience in the field. Thanks!
